Mission
The Objective Law Initiative fights to secure individual rights against arbitrary government power by developing and applying a constitutional framework grounded in rational principles of rights and limited government.
Programs and activities
The Objective Law Initiative is a nonprofit public-interest legal and educational organization. Its work includes:
- Legal, historical, and philosophical research concerning constitutional interpretation, individual rights, objective law, and limits on government power
- Strategic amicus curiae briefs and other public-interest legal advocacy

Relationship between this domain and objectivelaw.org
The Objective Law Initiative's permanent public website and production domain is objectivelaw.org. During an in-progress Google Workspace migration, that domain remains attached to the source Google Workspace tenant until the final cutover and therefore cannot yet be attached to this destination tenant. The temporary subdomain temp.objectivelaw.org was created specifically to serve as the destination tenant's primary domain during that migration.
After the migration is completed, objectivelaw.org is intended to become the primary domain of this Google Workspace tenant, and temp.objectivelaw.org will no longer serve as the organization's primary Workspace domain.
